ALL Products:
Arts & Craft Products (wood, jewelry, metal, textiles, art, etc)

Applicants with Arts & Crafts products will need to submit photos and a vendor statement for review by the Arts & Crafts Jury Committee. The members of the Arts & Crafts committee conduct majority of business online and will meet as needed. Criteria for jurying include overall Quality, Skill, Vendor Statement with Photos, and Market Enhancement of handmade products. Products that fall into the Arts & Crafts category must meet the criteria below.
Growers & Producers (produce, nursery, flowers, fruit, berries, etc)
Click HERE for specific steps to have the GAT review your application. Applicants with
products that fall into the Growers & Producers category will have their products reviewed by
the Growers Advisory Team (GAT) Jury. The members of the Growers Advisory Team will
establish a meeting scheduled to review new applications to our markets for nursery, produce,
cut flower, fruit and berries. All business conducted by this committee will be primarily
online.
Freshly Prepared Foods (hot & cold fresh prepared foods, dairy, bakery, non-alcoholic beverages,
candy/confectionery, or any edible foods)
Click HERE for specific steps to have your food products juried. Applicants with products that
fall into the Freshly Prepared Foods category will have their products reviewed by members of
the Freshly Prepared Food Advisory Team (PFAT). The committee meets to review hot and cold
prepared foods noted above or any readily edible foods. All business conducted by this committee will
take place primarily at the market house.
Processed/Packaged Products (spices/sauces, dry dip mixes, pet treats, meat, eggs,
bath & body, CBD products, candles, alcohol or any food item that requires preparation to
be edible)

products that fall into the Processed/Packaged Products category must comply with all state and federal
laws and regulations that include labeling, licensing, ingredients, etc. These products are either inedible
and/or require preparation or an accompaniment, therefore cannot really be juried on quality, skill, etc
as other products. Product requirements will be reviewed by market Office Management to ensure
compliance. All business conducted will primarily be online.
ALL Products:
- Must be handmade, handcrafted or homegrown.
- Must be juried prior to selling at the Markets.
- The Board of Directors will have the final decision on appeals as to the appropriateness of any item offered for sale at the Market.
- New items introduced by an existing vendor outside of their previously approved product lines will need to be approved, in advance, by the Jury Committee, prior to being displayed and sold at the Market. Items that have not been approved must be removed from the vendor’s booth immediately.

- Products must be of high quality and exclusively handmade by the person selling them.
- Artists/Crafters may utilize some commercially available products in their final work, the commercial aspects must be secondary and obscured by the overall creativity and hand-worked value of the piece.
- Products must be of original design and execution solely by the artisan/crafter.
- Products must highlight the skill, craftsmanship, time and ability of the artisan
- It must be about the artisan’s original design versus components.
- No items which are simply constructed of two or more commercially available parts and offered as a completed piece will be allowed.
- No items produced from kits are allowed.
- Products must be safe, have a reasonable life expectancy, and should be an asset to the Market aesthetically.
- No purchased raw materials or commercially prepared products may be sold, unless significantly transformed through handcrafting to create original quality work by the vendor.
- No products made from reproductions of artwork not created by the vendor or commercially manufactured clothing, unless substantially altered and enhanced by the vendor will be allowed.
- All products for sale must be accepted the Jury Committee prior to selling at any of the markets.
