Applications must be submitted online using Managemymarket.com. There are no paper applications. If you do not have online access, you can use a friend's computer or simply call the office to arrange a time to complete an online application.
2021 Regular Seasonal Markets -
Returning Vendors - OPEN January 15 - February 14th
New Vendors - OPEN February 15, 2021
New vendors will be able to apply at Managemymarket.com
when the application opens on January 15, 2021 and get the jury
process started, however the applications will NOT be processed until February 15th, 2021.
2021 Holiday Market - Returning Vendors - OPEN April 15th - June 14, 2021
New Vendors - OPEN on June 15, 2021

- Complete an online application for EACH market you'd like to participate in.
- Pay non-refundable application fee (you will receive an invoice via email). There is only 1 application fee that covers all seasonal markets.
- Have products juried. Click HERE to review steps for your product. If you have hot food or packaged food items, we have had to change the process. Please contact the office at 503-585-8264 or salemcommunitymarkets@gmail.com to schedule a time to drop off food for the jury committee.
- After completing jury process and receiving notice of approval, you will receive invoice (via email) for remaining market fees due. The invoice must be paid in advance of participation.
- Upload all licensing & insurance information, and
- All new vendors will be required to attend a New Vendor Orientation (dates to be announced)
