Non Profit Information

The Salem Saturday Market welcomes the participation of community-based non-profit organizations to inform the public about your organization. Booth space is limited due to space considerations so please contact the Market Director for available dates.

Below are the restrictions that apply:

  • The organization must be a valid 501c(3) non-profit organization
  • No sales of products or services, nor solicitations for donations are allowed. Raffle drawings MUST be reviewed and approved by the Market Director BEFORE they will be allowed.
  • No Hawking, use of amplified sound, shouting, etc. is permitted at any time.
  • No signature gathering is allowed in the non-profit area.
