Salem Community Markets is run by a seven-member Board of Directors that elects a President, Treasurer and Secretary annually to oversee the market staff.
SCM employs a full-time Executive Director, part-time Marketing & Outreach Director, part-time Market Managers, along with multiple part-time Market Coordinators during the season.
